All products sold by OnyxResells are digital products that provide access to vendor and supplier information. Because digital information cannot be returned once it has been delivered or accessed, all sales are final and non-refundable.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

Refunds, returns, exchanges, and order cancellations are not accepted after the digital product has been delivered.

You will not receive a refund because you changed your mind, no longer need the vendor, or decided not to use the information.
